Return Policy:  Items brought in for return with a receipt are eligible for Store credit only, or refund back on the original card. Item must not be opened to be returned.
Cut fabric cannot be returned for refund. 
We strive to make sure all our products are of excellent quality but if you do run across a Defective product it will be reviewed by owner and dealt with at that time.

Shipping for Online Orders: Some items are ship intense and cost more than $35.00 to ship due to size and shape.
                                             Items that are ship intense include batting, quilts, fleece, rulers and thread

Shipping and Handling Fees: We ship through our Canada Post. You can choose economy, expedited or priority with the exact fee of the Post office. We do not add any extra fees.
Insurance on large orders is extra.
Payment options are credit card (phone or online) e-transfer and cash, credit and e-transfer in store.
