Christmas QAYG Placemat Class and MUG RUGS
Class fee is $35.00 for instruction, pattern and seat.
We will be making Simple Quilt as you go Placemats - Christmas Theme
approximately 13" x 18" in size
We will also be making 3 different styles of mug rugs - sew and flip,
patchwork,
mitered corners
Mug rugs are only approximately 10" - 10" in size, however, These patterns can be converted easily to placemat size for future projects that you wish to make.
Requirements for the class:
sewing machine
1/4" foot / walking foot
cotton thread
basic sewing kit
Fabric marking pen/chalk
Class Fabric - Everyone has decided to bring in own fabric
- Required is approximately 1 metre of fabric for the backing and main piece and a selection of 2-2.5" strips for the decoration area along bottom
-Batting
MUG RUGS - 10" fabric squares, binding strips
Classes can be reserved online
Cash Payment in the store prior to class is required.
Once class payment is received $20 is nonrefundable if cancelled by student
